Thanks for visiting the CTCBL Web site. The CTCBL is a Strat-O-Matic baseball draft league that has completed a 162-game schedule and playoffs each year since 1985.  Originally a 12 team American League only, the CTCBL expanded in 1990 to include a 10 team National League. Today the League has grown to 13 teams in each league, GM'ed and managed by 20 owners, including three founding members. 

     Our league is dedicated to fair play and sportsmanship and is governed by a constitution and officers selected by members. We have an annual league meeting in the late Winter and many of the owners attend in person.
